Working within our front-line support team in Crewe, Cheshire, you will
be expected to work with customers and management on resolving
issues related to internet services (connections, emails, web hosting).

The role will also require you to train as part of our infrastructure
team to assist with the support and maintenance of the systems used
by our finance and software teams.

The following skills would be considered as asset:

Experience with Linux Command, SQL, DNS, Windows 10, Plesk, Domain names.
